Mr. Ravani’s extensive experience in negotiating successful deals includes: structured, negotiated and documented the acquisition of a $20 million multi-unit franchise system located in the Midwest; negotiated and documented commercial leases with some of the largest mall operators; structured and documented the acquisition of a $6 million multi-tenant retail building in Glendale, Arizona; structured and documented the merger of a multinational wholesaler in the seafood industry; negotiated and documented a $1 million professional services agreement with a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company; formed and managed a $2 million private equity fund focused on investments in real estate and emerging medical technologies; and negotiated and documented a multimillion dollar distribution agreement for an orthopedic medical device company.
